QP release, a layout and a template freebie

Our plumbing problem is getting closer to being resolved! DH spent much of today digging to expose the pipe...and surprise surprise there were tree roots in it! The neighbours roots of course! Not sure what the next course of action is after getting the plumber back to replace the broken pipe. I am really annoyed that we have already spent over $400 in plumbers fees with more to come.

Anyway, enough of my ranting...I have a layout to share using my new Grungilicious kit.
I hadn't done an OOB (out of bounds) for a while so I had fun with this one. The photo was one of about 100 I took down by the water after Christmas!
I managed to get my Grungilicious Quickpages into the store today. This preview shows the detail on the papers clearer.

I also created a Valentine themed template for you to download!

How frustrating that must be. Isn't there anything that can be done to make the neighbor take the tree down without getting into a free for all? I hope that you will be able to settle this amicably.

Thank you for the gorgeous template.

Beautiful layout, love how the boat just comes right out onto the layout! Thanks for the template, what perfect timing :)

Isn't there something that you can put in your septic system that will either kill the tree roots or disolve them? Hope you get it worked out and soon!
